Mr. Lame founded LMG to capitalize on his wide range of financial, accounting and M&A experience. With small business, private equity and public company experience, Mr. Lame brings a unique perspective to the deal world.

 

In addition to LMG, Mr. Lame is currently the Owner of Midwest Entertainment Venture, a nightlife entertainment business. Mr. Lame's role in this business venture is to provide Management Services through LMG.

 

Before founding LMG, Mr. Lame was the CFO of Green-Source Products, a start-up manufacturer of energy efficient wall and roof panels. At Green-Source, Mr. Lame managed all aspects of the financial, accounting, tax and human resource functions.

 

Mr. Lame was previously an Associate at Talisman Capital Partners, a private equity firm with $150 million in committed capital that invested in middle market companies. Mr. Lame's duties at Talisman included creating deal flow, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies.

 

Before joining Talisman, Mr. Lame was a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at The ServiceMaster Company, a holding company operating well-known subsidiaries such as TruGreen ChemLawn, Terminix and Merry Maids. At the time of Mr. Lame's employment, ServiceMaster was a public company. At ServiceMaster, Mr. Lame's main function was the evaluation of operational and financial strategic decisions such as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. His duties spanned the entire transaction process from research, due diligence and analysis to execution.

 

Prior to ServiceMaster, Mr. Lame worked in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his BS in Accounting and MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
